Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is a flat rate of £2.00 per order, added at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once posted, UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, though times can vary during busy periods.

Tracking

If your order is sent with a tracked service, we’ll include tracking details in your dispatch email.

Problems with your delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email info@kind-lemur.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
