Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment providers. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct but reserve the right to correct genuine errors.
