Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Kind Lemur books. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email info@kind-lemur.co.uk with your order number.

Returning items

After cancelling, please return the item within 14 days. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund the price you paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.

Free printables & digital items

Free downloadable activities are provided as-is and are not subject to refunds.
